So in the mean time I am just trying to get my body prepared for all this. I gained a few pounds from the last round of meds, pregnancy, and the ability to not work out after surgery. So I have just been hitting the gym and trying to get my nutrition back on track. I am just having the HARDEST time giving up coffee. I just love it to much. I'm not a one or two cup a day kind of person.... I'm the kind that likes to have a few cups at every meal... Lol. I gotta get that under control.
